• Peer Review & Editorial Oversight: All submissions are evaluated by qualified, independent reviewers, with final decisions overseen by an editorial committee that guarantees fairness, rigor, and scholarly value. All papers will be processed by online submission systems (OJS/PKP).
• Formal Publication Structure: Conference proceedings are published as serial volumes with an ISSN and assigned ISBNs for individual editions, ensuring recognition as formal publications.
• Unique Identifiers: Each paper is assigned a DOI or other traceable identifiers, ensuring accurate citation and global discoverability.
• Language & Accessibility: Titles, abstracts, keywords, and essential metadata are provided in English, with author names and affiliations presented in Roman script to meet international standards.
• Transparency of Conference Details: Each proceedings volume includes clear information on the conference title, theme, date, location (physical or virtual), publisher details, and full editorial committee affiliations, reflecting both geographic and institutional diversity.
• Scholarly Relevance & Timeliness: USP prioritizes conferences that address current scientific challenges and emerging trends, ensuring that the proceedings provide timely and significant contributions to their disciplines.
• Ethical Standards: All submissions are screened for originality, and USP enforces strict policies on plagiarism, conflicts of interest, and academic integrity in alignment with COPE guidelines (https://publicationethics.org/guidance).
• Global Dissemination: Published proceedings are made accessible through international databases and indexing platforms.
